Franchise partners are offered full support, from design and marketing to technical maintenance and provision of materials necessary for business management. The company provides an evaluation of the profitability of the site before starting the project and adapts the existing infrastructure to the needs of consumer delivery.

  • 20 izipizi wardrobe systems (each value: 1854 EUR)
  • Investors receive: 50% of the turnover, from which the rent of the lockers is deducted (varies depending on the location).

IziPizi development plan

  • In 2022 turnover reached EUR 65,000.
  • In 2023 opened the first izpizi point in Ågenskalns market.
  • In 2024, it is planned to open new izipizi points in the city of Tukuma and to purchase the e-commerce platform SVAIGI.LV.

Description of the IziPizi Franchise Agreement

The IziPizi franchise agreement is an agreement between SIA IziPizi (franchisor) and JSC IziPizi Invest (franchisee). It grants the right to use the IziPizi brand and IT solutions for the management of the parcel system for food deliveries.

Main points of the contract:

  1. Subject of the contract
    • The franchisee receives the right to use parcels with certain temperature regimes for food storage. The parcels remain the property of the franchisor and are placed in designated locations.
  1. Compensation and Settlements

    • The price for the franchise is 370,800 EUR without VAT. Payment is made in installments, with the first 18,400 EUR payments within 30 days of signing the contract. The income from parcels is divided in half between the giver and the recipient.
  2. Rules of operation

    • The franchisee must provide premises for the installation and maintenance of parcel units. Parcels are maintained by the franchisor.
  3. Brand usage

    • Brand elements remain the property of the franchisor. Changes in brand elements are possible only with the consent of the franchisor.
  4. Liability and termination of contract

    • The parties can terminate the contract in certain cases, for example in case of default. Sanctions may include contractual penalties or damages.
  5. Confidentiality and Non-Competition Restrictions

    • The parties undertake to maintain confidentiality and not engage in competitive activities during the term of the agreement and for one year after its termination.
