How can I submit a complaint?

If you have a complaint or wish to ask a question about our services, we would like to hear from you. Letting us know your concerns gives us the opportunity to resolve any issues and improve the quality of our services. Any client who is dissatisfied with our services or has identified a potential deficiency or dishonesty may contact us.

To submit a complaint, complete the complaint form provided on our website When filling in the complaint form, please follow the instructions contained within it. You may complete the form in Latvian or English.

If you wish to make a complaint, please contact us directly via:

  • e-mail to [email protected] with the word "complaint" in the subject line and by addressing it to our Customer Support Service; or
  • post by sending a letter to 58a - 8 Bauskas Street, Riga, LV - 1004, Latvia and by addressing it to our Customer Support Service.

Only complaints submitted in writing and containing all information indicated below will be reviewed.
